“ Louisiana Joes has soo many delicious things on the menu! Definitely give them a try! I usually call ahead, and pick up in 15-25min. (Specials: call or check instagram: jolocajun) Some of our favorites are the: Louisiana roast pork sandwich, Brisket grilled cheese, Banana Bread pudding, Philly cheese steak, Brisket mac & cheese, and Gumbo. They haves many different types of fries. Cajun Fries are my fave (they are Not spicy, just deliciously seasoned). If you wake up early enough(call before 11am), then the gumbo omelet is a must! I just wish they were open past 3:00pm, so I could come more often! Also, Check out the Louisiana Joes Market! (next door, open til 5pm) - Lots of hot sauces, meats, and chef prepared lunch and dinners to-go ”
“ The food here is excellent. I've been here a few times and tried different dishes. I've tried the Creole Shrimp, Blackened Catfish (without the wrap) and the Chicken Pot Pie and they were all super delicious. There's so much flavor in the food here! ”
“ So happy I saw this place while doing a Yelp search. The employees were all so pleasant and helpful. They went through explaining to me the differences in the food options and how some meals are prepared same day and can be picked up in-store and reheated. There is a market next door that you can walk through and purchase different things. The store also had baked treats from Jericho Cider Mill. At the time I went there was a beer tasting occurring that was really good. I couldn't decide on what to order so I got different things to try. I ordered: jambalaya; gumbo; cheeny mac and cheese; corn fritters with bayou dipping sauce; and a cold brew. The corn fritters were my favorite thing that I ordered. They come with a bayou dipping sauce. The dipping sauce paired really well with the corn fritters. I wish there were more corn fritters included. However, I will definitely be back for these. The gumbo had a lot of deep and smoky flavors. It came with chicken and andouille sausage. While it was good, I feel like after eating it for a few forkfuls the taste was pretty flat throughout. I probably wouldn't get this again. I liked the jambalaya more than the gumbo. The jambalaya is tomato-based and I felt had more flavor throughout the different forkfuls I ate. It came with chicken, shrimp, and andouille sausage. I would definitely get this again. The cheeny mac and cheese has pepperoncini on top of the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese could do with more flavor and maybe some spices mixed in. The texture of the cheese on the pasta was very gummy. The flavor notes were pretty flat throughout. Prior to ordering, I asked if it was spicy and was told it was. I love spicy foods. However, this did not meet the mark when it comes to spicy food. The pepperoncini was cut unevenly and tossed onto the mac and cheese. Some of the portions were really big and some were really small. I think it would be nice for the pieces to be more uniform in size and possibly mixed into the mac and cheese. I will have to end up maybe throwing some spices on the mac and cheese and hot sauce in order to eat the rest. Around 12:40 PM was when I placed my order. There wasn't anymore iced coffee for the day but there was cold brew. I ordered one and was quite shocked and a little taken aback at the size. It was really small. The cup holds 8 oz. of liquid. I am unaware of whether there are different sizes for cups. I wasn't informed of such, if there were. I ordered mine with cream and sugar. The sugar was granulated and gritty at the bottom of the drink. While the cold brew did taste good and I would order it again, I would hope that there are bigger sizes and that maybe liquid cane sugar could be used instead (if available in the store.) I look forward to returning and trying other things on the menu. I wasn't in the mood for sandwiches today, but I definitely look forward to trying one of their sandwiches or po-boys next time. There are also breakfast options and other side dishes that I look forward to trying in the future. ”

The menu was packed with classic favorites, but I went with the jambalaya, which included chicken, shrimp, and sausage. Let me tell you--this was one of the best jambalayas I've ever had. It was fresh, hot, and packed with bold flavors. Each bite had just the right amount of spice, and the meats were perfectly cooked. You could tell they use quality ingredients, and the seasoning was on point. The restaurant itself has a simple, cozy vibe, nothing too fancy, but it works. It gets pretty busy, so expect to wait about 10-15 minutes for your order. But honestly? It's worth it. I'll definitely be coming back for more! ”

“ Food was fantastic. We order poboys. The blackend chicken poboy was so good! The side of cajan fries were amazing as well. It does take a while for your order, but that's not a bad thing at all. Everything is made fresh when you order, so the quality is top notch. They request that you don't make any substitutions, and within reason. They have curated their menu to perfection and want you to have the full experience. The shop is a small town shop, alot of people going there are locals and know each other. Real hometown vibe! It was really homey feeling. Can't wait to visit more often and try more of the menu. ”
“ I found this place on Yelp and I'm glad I did. I walked in and it reminded me of a small place I ate at in New Orleans. The place is very small, few tables to eat but it makes up in flavor. If you don't t know it's there, you can drive right past it. I had the Roasted Pork and caramelized onions and gravy, it was delicious. I also had the Banana Bread Pudding, it was heavenly. The young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful in ordering. They have a store next to the ordering/eating area.
